I'm a semi retired photo stylist that loves to have a needle in my hand. I have always loved doing any kind of project that involves a needle. I have also enjoyed water color painting, photography, and quilting. I like having small projects I can take with me when I am waiting for my 9 year grand daughter that I am raising. I've been married for 45 years to Ray, who sadly developed
Alzhiemers about 6 years ago. Stitching helps me forget for a little while. I have become addicted to the many blogs I have found and can't wait to start my next project.

Felt Heart

This is one of many felt pin cushions
I made last year . I also used this type
of embroidery to teach my granddaughter
and her friends. Gave all but this one away,
they were fun and very fast to make.

Book Marks

I like to cut the ready made bookmarks in half and stitch a smaller design. I have a lot, so some day I will take them to the library and give them away. I think all these designs came from a chart, part one- Stitchers Wallet, page 15 in The Gift of Stitching for March 2007.
